Understand what belongs to your account, what stays in this browser, and how to export or remove projects.
What to expect
Signed-in Chart Maker projects and signed-in contact conversations are private account records. Guest projects, interface preferences, and offline counter changes can remain in this browser. Counter links are possession links, so anyone with the URL can change that counter.
What you can do
From the signed-in Chart Maker account menu, download one JSON export containing your profile, every saved project and its history, and associated contact conversations. You can delete projects individually or permanently delete the account, its server-held projects, and its associated contact conversations. Clear this site's browser data separately to remove local guest work and preferences.
Wizards
Wizard drafts and progress stay in this browser until you save them to your account. Saved wizard projects are private, included in account export and removed when the account is deleted. Uploaded source images and previews are private temporary files, accessible for 24 hours and then removed by scheduled cleanup. Guest uploads are limited to 10 MB per file; signed-in uploads to 50 MB. Generated patterns can remain saved after source images expire.
